I made an order and I need to change the address.
If you have placed an order and need to change your address please contact us immediately. We will make a note of it. Sometimes a new invoice will need to be issued, if paid by PayPal so that both buyer and seller will continue to have PayPal protection. By issuing a new invoice and refunding initial order this will not lose your spot in line. Once new invoice is paid it will be placed in your original place in line. 
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our current turn around time is 3-4 weeks. We try to complete orders quicker if possible. If you have placed a Ready To Ship order your order will ship within 72 BUSINESS hours. 

Once your order is done your location will then determine the amount of time your package arrives.  We ship through USPS which takes 2-5 business days for the arrival, however delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

I ordered a custom piece but I don’t like it.
Custom orders are NOT refundable. Due to the nature of the product, most of the time an exchange is not available. If your tumbler your purchased HAS NOT been personalized in any way and you are unhappy with it please contact us WITHIN 48 hours of delivery via out business page here and we will see what we can do. Exchanges are not a guarantee and the original tumbler MUST be shipped back in NEW UNUSED condition.
There will be NO REFUNDS on custom items.
I ordered a non glitter cup and there is a speck of glitter on it
While we try our best to ensure no glitter spreads to non glittered cups sometimes a speck or two makes its way to a non glitter cup. THIS IS NOT A BASIS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE! Each cup is inspected after each layer of epoxy for glitter runaways. Sometimes they are missed or not seen 
How do I care for my tumbler? Is it dishwasher safe?
Care instructions are included with each tumbler as well as on the tag on the bottom of the tumbler. Each tumbler should be HAND WASHED and not soaked in water for a long period of time. Your new tumbler IS NOT dishwasher OR microwave safe. Be careful also not to drop your tumbler as if dropped hard enough the epoxy can crack. If you have cracked your tumbler please contact us and we will see if it is able to be fixed (there will be a charge to fix a dropped tumbler)

USPS says my item has been delivered, but it isn't here?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  
We prove tracking with every purchase, if your item is showing as delivered but you don't have it we encourage you to contact your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of were your package was delivered, as well as checking with neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong house. If your package was stolen we encourage you to file a police report for the stolen item. 
We are not responsible for replacing items but please message us here and we will gladly work with you. 

My package or product arrived damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping. Priority mail packages automatically have $50 of insurance included with each package. Additional insurance is available for purchase for First Class mail.
If there is a defect in your new tumbler please contact us via our Business Facebook page or by email and we can discuss it with you.  Please remember that each item is handmade and small variations can occur. These small variations do not hinder the garment and are not a basis for a refund.

My package is missing items.
If you open your package and discover that items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of recent of package. We will do everything possible to work with you! After 48 hours we may not be able to accept the claim of a missing item. 


Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Due to the sensitive handmade nature of the items, returns and exchanges will not be allowed. If the item is found to be defected, the customer must notify vendor within 48 hours of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date) On case by case basis, if defect is found and notified in a timely fashion, vendor will allow return or exchange. No sizing exchanges will be allowed.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.

Business hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9am-3pm. If messages are sent outside of business hours or on the weekend they will be answered the next business day. We strive to answer all messages within 24 business hours.
